Brookhouse has bought Hercules Unit Trust's 83,500 sq ft (7,757 sq m) Dumfries Retail Park in south-west Scotland for £11.25m, writes Eva Tallaksen.
The park produces £811,377 pa, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.8%.
