British Land has sold the Swiss Centre on Leicester Square, W1, for £47m to Northern Ireland-based development and construction group McAleer & Rushe.
The 112,000 sq ft, mixed-use Swiss Centre contains a cinema, restaurants, bars, offices and a car park.
