British Land has returned to the FTSE 100 more than a year after dropping out of the stock exchange ranking.
BL dropped out of the FTSE 100 in June 2023, after more than 21 years.
The REIT is now sitting at 97 in the FTSE 100, just ahead of Tritax Big Box REIT. BL saw its share price rise 0.36% today to 447p. It has a market cap of £4.1bn.
SEGRO is the highest ranking REIT in the FTSE 100, with a market cap of £11.7bn and a position of number 40. It is followed by Landsec at 85 and a market cap of £4.8bn, Unite Group at 89, with a market cap of £4.6bn and LondonMetric at 94 and a £4.2bn market cap.
