British Land has poached staff from DTZ and JLL to join its central London offices team.
James Rolton (pictured) has been appointed as investment executive. He joins from DTZ, where he has worked for the past seven years most recently as associate director, specialising in City investment.
At the same time, Alex Colvin will join the REIT as leasing director. He has been with King Sturge – now JLL – since 2008, working with the City office agency team.
Rolton will work alongside Charles Butters, acquisitions director, and Tim Roberts, head of offices. Colvin will work closely with James Danby, head of office leasing, and Paul Burgess, leasing director across British Land’s City and West End assets.
Roberts said: “Alex and James are important additions to our London offices team at British Land and they will play key roles in delivering our leasing and investment ambitions in central London.”
