British Land and Co-Labs team up on flex space at Regent’s Place

British Land has partnered with Co-Laboratories to deliver shared and co-working innovation space at Regent’s Place, NW1.

The 6,500 sq ft facility will sit at 184-192 Drummond Street, offering lab bench and desk space on a short-term flexible basis, targeting early stage biotech businesses with up to 20 employees, providing them with a new entry point to the campus.

Co-Labs will manage the space on behalf of British Land.

Michael Wiseman, head of workspace leasing, science and technology at British Land, said: “A thriving community of early stage businesses will be critical to London’s continued growth as a global innovation hub. Spaces like Drummond Street facilitate this by creating the conditions for our next generation of businesses to scale with a clear pathway to future growth across the wider campus.

“Our campus model supports these businesses with clear pathways to growth and provides a place for collaboration and the serendipitous encounters that are important for innovation. Adding this new facility to our ecosystem ensures we are positioned to provide lab space for businesses at every stage of their journey.”
