Brighton & Hove council approves Watkin Jones’ BTR scheme

Developer Watkin Jones has received planning consent for 216 build-to-rent homes at its Hove Gardens scheme. Brighton & Hove City Council has approved the development at Ellen Street next to Hove Station at the committee on 2 September. It includes
