EGi’s London Office Market Analysis shows that CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield technically tied in Q2 on the number of sub-markets they won. For purists, CBRE clinched it, taking the all-important City and West End crowns.
C&W has now been the most active dealmaker in a submarket six times, putting it on an even footing with JLL.
However, the “champion of champions” is CBRE, which has been the most active dealmaker in seven submarkets over the past 15 months – taking all but the City Fringe and Midtown.
As the referendum fallout leads to opportunities as well as problems, there is still plenty of business to be had.
