This month’s The REview, an EG reader poll in association with Trowers & Hamlins, looked at the retail world. And while most respondents agreed investment was heavily skewed towards the prime sector, results on the impact of this, and much more in the sector, were mixed. Adrian Leavey, partner at Trowers & Hamlins, said: “The strongest opinion supports an oversupply of existing stock. Could pop-up be part of the magic of regenerating neglected or under-performing assets? Is a temporary high enough to stimulate growth?” Only time will tell.
