The Brexit-backing property millionaire who co-founded Leave.EU is embroiled in a legal row with a US private equity giant after losing a contract to manage a £250m portfolio.
Richard Tice’s Quidnet Capital is suing its former partner, Colony Capital, for £6.4m of unpaid fees it claims it is owed, according to documents filed at the High Court.
Colony, founded by Thomas Barrack, a real estate mogul and long-time associate of Donald Trump, has hit back with a counterclaim seeking at least £1m in damages.
