Brasier Freeth is sitting at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Hertfordshire, helped by its most recent deal – a 15,839 sq ft industrial letting in St Albans.
The deal saw GFS Flex take unit 2 at the Merlin Centre on Acrewood Way from landlord Aberdeen Standard Investments on a 10-year lease commencing on 2 September 2021 at a rent of £6.95 per sq ft, equating to £110,110 pa.
Brasier Freeth has acted on 324,532 sq ft of office transactions in Hertfordshire in the year to date, followed by CBRE on 222,324 sq ft. Completing the top five agents in the county are Knight Frank, which has transacted 112,797 sq ft of deals, JLL, on 107,451 sq ft, and Stimpsons, on 103,009 sq ft.
