Brain specialist commits to Harley Street

Neurodevelopment healthcare specialist Re:Cognition Health has signed a new 20-year lease with the Howard de Walden Estate.

The company has taken 7,765 sq ft at 62-64 New Cavendish Street, W1, in the heart of the Harley Street health district.

Re:Cognition Health has been operating from three sites across Marylebone for the past 12 years and with this move will bring all of its services under one roof.

Howard de Walden chief executive Mark Kildea said: “Re:Cognition already operates a highly regarded medical facility on our estate, and it was important that we help them with the next stage of their growth.

“With a focus on preventative health, cognitive impairment and mental wellbeing, Re:Cognition Health’s model of care is hugely aligned to our evolving healthcare strategy – as we aim to be a world-leading location for whole health and innovation.”

Dustin Reibe, director of operations at Re:Cognition Health, added: “Having operated in the Harley Street health district for more than a decade, it was only right that we found a new, long-term home in this esteemed and well-connected destination.

“Working closely with the team at Howard de Walden, we have completed an extensive refurbishment to allow our patients to navigate their treatments through purpose-built zones, ensuring a streamlined and personalised healthcare experience.”
