Bourne End Properties has sold Tesco House, Cardiff, to Hypo Property Investment (1992) for £10.8m. The 7,873 sq m (84,750 sq ft) building is let to Tesco Stores on a lease with expires in 2020 at £940,000 a year. The sale reflects a net initial yield of 8.47%.
