BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Gary Cameron as director of its Scottish investment team.
He joins from niche investment practice Inglis Howie, where he worked as a director.
During his time there, Cameron was involved in a number of investment deals across all sectors, including the purchase of Denburn House in Aberdeen city centre, the 125,000 sq ft Murcar industrial estate and a Clydesdale Bank retail portfolio.
Clients include CBRE Global Investors, Land Securities, Aberdeen Asset Management, Lumina Real Estate and Ernst & Young.
BNP PRE’s head of Scotland, Gavin Willins, said: “Gary is a great addition to our expanding team, as he is a well-established name within the Scottish market, with almost 20 years’ experience. This added strength and depth will ensure that our clients’ needs across Scotland are expertly managed.”
