BNF Capital, with Morgan Capital, has bought the 174,387 sq ft Programme office development in Bristol fro £36.5m.
The property, which is let to tenants including Immersive Labs, Cegedim, NMI, Xmos, Sweco, Open Bionics, Buckley Gray Yeoman and Spaces, has been bought from Resolution.
