Planning officers have recommended that Cheshire East Council approve Bloor Homes’s plans to build 650 homes south-east of Crewe, Cheshire.
Bloor’s scheme – the South Cheshire Growth Village, which was designed by Wood Architects – comprises 650 homes, 30% of which will be affordable, a hub with a market square, community facilities and retail space.
Bloor will also enhance the Grade II listed park and garden associated with Crewe Hall, which is Grade I listed.
The decision will be made during the planning committee meeting next week.
