Blackstone creates €8bn ‘last mile’ company

Blackstone has created a new company to hold its €8bn portfolio of European warehouses and dark kitchens. The decision to create Mileway is seen a precursor to either selling or listing the ‘last mile’ portfolio in the next two years.
