BlackRock is seeking to sell a 140,361 sq ft office building in Uxbridge, west London, for more than £16m.
The investment manager has appointed Knight Frank to find a buyer for the Atrium. Tenants include Herbalife, which has 2.5 years left on its lease, and Citibase, which has a break clause in its lease in two years.
Knight Frank is marketing the offices with the potential for residential conversion. The site can provide 160-210 homes, subject to requisite planning permission.
The site is located six miles from Heathrow Airport.
