Hammerson and the Oman Investment Fund have completed the sale of the 825,000 sq ft Bishops Square office property next to Spitalfields Market, in the City of London, to two JP Morgan funds for a 2010 record £557m.
The Daily Telegraph says the sale of Allen & Overy’s headquarters highlights the scale of investor demand for property in the City. Hammerson closed up 5.3p at 419.8p
