Birmingham’s Fort Shopping Park bags four prelets

Invista, Henderson Retail Warehouse Fund and the West Midlands Pension Fund have prelet their 15,000 sq ft extension of Birmingham’s 250,000 sq ft Fort Shopping Park to four tenants.
