Birmingham regeneration offices attract tall offers

Two of Birmingham’s largest city-centre office buildings – both within major regeneration areas – are being sold for more than £100m.

Australian developer Stockland Halladale has put Princeton Investments’ Centre City Tower in Hill Street under offer at £53m
