Two landowners have unveiled plans for a multi-million-pound development in the heart of Birmingham's Southside.
The Gooch Estate and Benacre Properties have appointed local developer Principal Point Developments as preferred developer for the 2.4-acre (1ha) site, known as B5 Southside.
