Biotech company signs 10-year lease at Mortlock House

Biotech firm Nuclera has taken a 10-year lease on Mortlock House in Cambridge to establish its new global headquarters. The firm was based at the nearby 7,830 sq ft 137 Cambridge Science Park but has outgrown its existing
