Bidwells is leading the EG Radius industrial rankings for the East of England so far this year, having transacted 266,898 sq ft of space – more than 220,000 sq ft ahead of nearest rival Barker Storey Matthews.
The agent was given a bumper lead with the letting of a 227,678 sq ft distribution warehouse on a 15-year lease at a rent of £1.36m per annum, equating to £6 per sq ft.
MH Star UK has taken the BREEAM Very Good-rated premises at Gateway 226, Orton Southgate, Peterborough from Bental Greenoak.
