Berkeley Strategic Land will develop an 18-acre site in Wiltshire after securing planning permission on appeal.
The site, which belonged to the Ministry of Defence until the late 1990s has been vacant for a substantial period.
The proposals span up to 269,000 sq ft of industrial, offices, storage and distribution facilities, with landscaping and associated infrastructure.
Katherine Jones, associate partner at Carter Jonas, which advised Berkeley on planning, said: “The proposed development will facilitate much-needed employment space, which provides the potential to transform this disused land and benefit the local community through improved pedestrian and cycle links in addition to environmental improvements.”
