Berkeley Square office block revamp gets green light

Astrea Asset Management has secured a resolution to grant planning consent for the redevelopment of 36-38 Berkeley Square, W1, from Westminster City Council. Designed by Piercy & Company, the scheme will deliver 85,000 sq ft of
