Bellway to add 221 homes to Portsmouth scheme

Bellway Homes is set to receive planning approval to add 221-home to its 850-home Tipner East scheme, in Portsmouth. Portsmouth City Council is set to approve Bellway’s plans in conjunction with Homes England in a planning meeting later this week.
