Bellway Homes has bought Crown Packaging’s former factory site in Aintree, Liverpool, for a residential redevelopment.
The 7.2-acre site was used by Crown until earlier this year, when it relocated to Trinity Park in Sefton.
It covers 130,000 sq ft
