Beckhams lose attempt to block neighbour’s refurb

The Beckhams have lost a battle to prevent a neighbour from refurbishing his property. The couple had objected to Edward Harris’s plans to reconfigure his £1.9m one-bedroom property, saying it would invade their privacy and the noise from building works
