Land on a pebbled cove in Torquay, Devon, with permission for five residential beach huts and a kiosk, is being offered by Allsop.
A private investor is selling the 0.2-acre site at Beacon Cove, guided at £190,000 plus.
Sleeping in the huts would be allowed for short periods of time, but occupants could not live in them or use them from 15 January to 15 February.
The sale takes place on 3 November at the Cumberland Hotel, W1.
