Barwood Developments has bought a 135ha (12.5-acre) business park in Burcote Road, Towcester, Northants, from British Aerospace (BAE) Systems for more than £4m.
BAE has taken a 10-year leaseback on around 5,295 sq m (57,000 sq ft) at the park,
