Barnard Marcus raised £19.1m from its latest sale, selling 61% of the 156 lots offered.
The highest-value lot sold on the day was a three-bedroom house in Fulham, SW6, which sold for £1.4m off of a £1m guide.
Nearly an acre of leasehold land with planning permission for four one-bedroom flats in Basingstoke, Hampshire, sold for £200,000 off a £180,000 guide.
Meanwhile, Strettons rebounded from a post-referendum sales dip with receipts of £11.7m at its latest auction.
The result was up by 64% from its July auction, though a slight decrease from its sales last September and November, which generated £12.6m and £12.9m respectively.
Of 55 lots offered at the most recent auction, 38 were sold, reflecting a 70% success rate.
A freehold building arranged as two empty shops with three flats above in East Dulwich, SE22, sold for £1.2m off a £990,000 guide. The income is £47,400 – a 4% yield.
One of the shops has planning permission for conversion into a two-bedroom flat.
