Barberry lets final space at Brum b1 office scheme

Barberry has let the final 48,000 sq ft at its £25m b1 office scheme in central Birmingham.

Service Birmingham, a jv between the city council and the Capita Group, has signed a 15-year lease at £14 per sq ft.
