The Bank of Ireland has sold a retail property on Edinburgh's Princes Street to clients of Prudential for £11.2m.
The property, directly opposite the Royal Scottish Academy, is let to two jewellers, Fraser Hart and Goldsmiths, and to Costa Coffee
