A portfolio of bank branches occupied by Lloyds and TSB will be coming to the market as part of Acuitus’s largest auction in four years.
The portfolio comprises 17 buildings across England and Wales and is being sold on the instruction of receivers at Zolfo Cooper. It generates rental income of £246,250 pa.
Guide prices for the lots will range from £125,000 to £250,000, and the properties are likely to appeal to private investors looking to secure a stable, long-term income.
Acuitus said the lots would be offered alongside 65 other properties on 23 October, making it the company’s largest auction since it launched in 2010.
Its previous peak was a sale comprising 58 lots.
The auction will take place at the Millennium Hotel London, W1.
