Cardiff-based developer Bailey Group is to speculatively build a further 22,000 sq ft of offices at Waterton Cross Business Park, Bridgend.
It follows an 11,000 sq ft letting on site to Cartrefi Cymru, an organisation supporting people with learning disabilities.
