AXA IM Alts lets Bristol office to Knight Frank

AXA IM Alts has let a floor at the final building in its Assembly Bristol office development to Knight Frank. The deal is the first at the six-storey, 28,000 sq ft Building B, and has seen the agency take one floor of 4,500 sq ft. The building is the last in the 320,000 sq ft project, which also includes the 200,000 sq ft Building A, delivered in 2021, and 90,000 sq ft Building C, completed earlier this year. The entirety of Building A is let to BT, while law firm Clarke Willmott and Nordic Semiconductor have taken space at Building C. Rents for the deals have not been publicly disclosed, but Radius records show Clarke Willmott is paying £41.50 per sq ft for its 14,000 sq ft space, while Nordic Semiconductor took 7,812 sq ft at £42 per sq ft.
