AWG/WG Mitchell offload Glasgow office block

AWG Property and WG Mitchell have sold Berkeley House in Glasgow from their joint venture fund for £5.93m.

The 25,400 sq ft office on Bath Street was bought by the Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) at a net initial
