The family behind the award-winning French Horn restaurant and hotel in Sonning-on-Thames in Berkshire have put it up for sale for £8m.
Knight Frank is marketing the 8.6-acre multi-property site on behalf of the Emmanuel family. It includes 14 large bedrooms in the main house, eight cottages and the Michelin-star restaurant.
It also includes River and Bridge House, a single home with four bedrooms and five reception rooms that, with planning permission, could be split into two homes; Orchard Lodge, a four-flat property; staff accommodation; a timber block stable; a cottage; and a five double bedroom house.
Joe Freeman, senior surveyor at Knight Frank, said: “Having been so successful over the years, it represents a fantastic investment opportunity with excellent potential for value add and further business growth.”
