Ibstock Brick Company has let a 6.5-acre (2.63ha) site at the Severn Valley Brick Works in Avonmouth, Bristol to Hill Hire.
The truck and trailer hire firm has taken a 40-year lease with breaks every five years at £120,000 pa.
