Northampton's largest mixed-use development opportunity, Avon Nunn Mills, is set for a public enquiry after the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation launched a CPO.
The 20-hectare brownfield site runs along the River Nene and sits in the Northampton Waterside Enterprise Zone.
