Avison Young moves West End office to flex space

Avison Young has relocated its West End office into flexible accommodation ahead of an impending lease expiry later this month.

The firm will be moving staff from its 22 Ganton Street, W1, office to Fora’s flexible workspace at Liberty House, 222 Regent Street, W1

The global real estate adviser has taken the space on the fourth floor of the building via a licence agreement with the provider. It will serve as a hub for the firm’s core sectors, including retail, workplace, investment, industrial and logistics, in close proximity to key West End clients.

The relocation is part of a long-term strategy for the firm and links to the wider London office strategy by allowing flexibility for it to make informed decisions regarding its City of London office at 65 Gresham Street, EC2, which is approaching a lease expiry next year.

Adrian Boyce, co-managing director for London at Avison Young, said: “Collaboration is integral, not only within the firm, but also across the market. Relocating our teams will facilitate better in-person interactions, fostering internal cohesion and strengthening connections with our West End clients.

“The transition from Ganton Street is a strategic optimisation of workspace to better accommodate evolving work styles and team dynamics, fostering a more collaborative and agile work environment. Additionally, this central location provides an easy journey for teams based in Gresham Street, leveraging the convenient Elizabeth Line route between Moorgate and Tottenham Court Road.”
