Avant Homes has submitted plans to deliver a £20m residential scheme in the village of Burbage, near Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The development, to be known as Chestnut Acres, will sit on a 4.86-acre site located off Lychgate Lane. It will consist of 82 homes, 17 of which will be considered affordable.
Work is expected to start on site in early 2025, if permission is granted by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
