Hotel chain LyLo has appointed P-Three to look for sites in London for its first European hotel.
The chain – part of EVT, an Australian operator of cinemas, hotels and restaurants – will focus initially on potential sites in Southwark. LyLo is seeking buildings ranging from 15,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft to convert into pod hotels, including office or retail conversion projects as well as suitable basement spaces.
Founded in 2022, LyLo operates more than 80 hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-Three, said: “The pod hotel model has proven to be a game-changer in the hospitality space, especially for younger, budget-conscious travellers who often prioritise unique experiences and dynamic, social environments over traditional hotel offerings. With its large and vibrant visitor base, London is the perfect starting point for LyLo’s European expansion.”
