Simon Austen has left Kinney Green to head Knight Frank’s professional services team in the City.
Austen replaces Simon Curtis, who joined Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker as an equity partner and national head of rent reviews and rating in October 2002.
Austen became responsible for the professional department in Kinney Green’s Midtown office in early 2002 and was working on a number of major rent reviews.
Paul Willis, head of the Knight Frank City office, said: “Despite challenging market conditions, we believe there are substantial opportunities for Simon to build on our experience.”
