Savills hits 74% in Notts

Savills Nottingham achieved a 74% success rate at its 20 October sale at Nottingham Racecourse.

It sold 22 lots out of 30, raising £3.5m.

Welsh lordship available

The ancient Welsh historical title of the lordship of the manor of Clarebaston is available for £3,000 after it failed to sell at Paul Fosh’s 20 October auction at the Park Inn Hotel, Cardiff.

The auction raised £2.7m overall from 57 lots, with a 76% success rate.

Garden centre for sale

A garden centre in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, set in 1.3 acres with a bungalow, restaurant, toilet block and greenhouses, is being offered by Auction House East Anglia guided at £150,000.
