London-based asset and development manager Astrea has promoted Stuart Clifton to head of asset management.
Clifton will be responsible for overseeing the strategic asset management of UK real estate assets including the Berkeley Square Estate.
He joined Astrea from its predecessor, Squadron Properties, following the transfer of an asset management mandate in September 2017.
Chief executive Giles Easter said: “Stuart has proven himself to be the ideal candidate for this newly created position. His wealth of experience, track record of delivering exceptional results and encyclopaedic knowledge of the assets we manage will help us continue to deliver strategic improvements to the portfolio and further strengthen relationships with our occupiers.”
