Astellas Pharma has completed the purchase of Electronic Arts' 99,000 sq ft headquarters in Chertsey, Surrey.
In addition to the 2000 Hillswood Drive building, Japanese pharmaceutical firm Astrellas has also acquired an adjacent site which has planning consent
