West Midlands-based logistics firm Aspray 24 has purchased 5.5 acres to accommodate its £5m expansion plans.
The Willenhall-based transport and warehousing firm has paid around £1m to landowner Willenhall 123 for the site next to Aspray's existing Noose Lane home.
