In Slough, ASK provided a £13m mezzanine loan to fund Mackenzie Homes’ development of 117 flats at Vanburgh Court.

The two deals bring the total number of deals ASK Partners has completed in the past 18 months to 16.

Daniel Austin, chief executive of ASK Partners, said: “We are committed to supporting property developers and investors with financing options that suit their individual requirements.

“Our deals in Ilford and Slough are set to benefit from the arrival of the Elizabeth Line and we are actively looking to support further high-quality real estate projects in strong locations.”
