Ashwell knocked back on £120m sale of CB1 flagship

Attempts by Ashwell to sell its flagship £800m CB1 project in Cambridge have stalled after targeted parties failed to offer prices that met the developer’s expectations.

Late last year, Ashwell instructed CB Richard
